At Planted Evidence, we respect your privacy and always send orders in discreet, plain packaging with no reference to our company or the contents of the package. The only information that will appear on the envelope will be your name and address.
All UK orders over £100 are upgraded to ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ for free. Your order will be delivered before 1 pm the next working day after dispatch**

UK Tracked (3 – 6 Days) – Royal Mail aims to deliver your item(s) on the next working day, however, please allow up to 3 days for your order to arrive.
Most international deliveries are expected to take between 5 – 15 working days but we cannot guarantee this as some orders may take longer. You will receive full delivery details and your tracking code shortly after your order is dispatched. Please do allow up to 24 to 48 hours for us to process an order before its dispatched.
Discreet Delivery (Stealth Packaging)
We can provide a discreet delivery option for extra security and privacy purposes. This entails seeds being sent in the discreet outer packaging. You can choose either a DVD or a T-shirt like stealth packaging options.
Planted Evidence Returns Policy
Any items that you would like to return have to be approved by Planted Evidence first. You can gain consent by contacting us by email, or our contact form. You can return items 14 days from the first day you receive your order and they must be returned in an unused state and in their original packaging. Damaged or Faulty Products
It is an unfortunate and very rare event that a customer will receive a faulty or damaged item from us, but if this occurs we will always be more than willing to help. Any items that you want to return have to be approved by Planted Evidence first. You can gain consent by contacting us by email or our contact form. Please send the item back to us within 14 days and we will refund the postage cost of sending the item to us as well as the cost of the damaged item.
Planted Evidence Exchange Policy
Similar to our delivery policy, you must send any items you want exchange to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Items need to be in a new and unused state, in their original packing and sent using a recorded delivery service. You must state which items you wish to receive as a replacement and we will then charge your card if there is any price difference for the items in the exchange and also the cost of sending these items back out to you.
